In a complex world with expanding stressors, trauma, and deepening systemic oppression that thrives on our disembodiment, liberatory wellness is resistance.

It recognizes that healing is a birthright, not a luxury, and is both a tool for both survival and thriving. Liberatory wellness is designed with your wholeness in mind. It is a radical act of reclamation and an embracing of our individual and collective ability to struggle, heal, find joy, and sustain without bypassing reality.

This is a liberatory, intersectional, non-carceral healing practice. Which means we don’t internalize what systems broke, and we don’t turn to broken systems to heal. We name what hurts, honor what’s alive, and imagine what could grow in community.

Our nervous system isn’t just individual. It’s relational and collective. So our work isn’t about sedation; it’s about connection. It’s resisting the urge to dominate even our own growth and healing, because it doesn’t come from authority. It comes from attunement and inner knowing. From the simple act of listening deeply to ourselves and each other.

I practice from a stance of consent, transparency, and collaboration. I don’t position myself as an expert over your body or experience. Here healing is a partnership– I hold a safe container, while you hold your own wisdom.
